Kate Isobel Scott is an Animation Director and Illustrator based in Melbourne, Australia.

Handcrafted plasticine characters in sewn costumes and vivid clay sets with painted backdrops, form the foundation of Kate's nostalgic stop-motion animation style reminiscent of 80s/90s children's TV.

Kate's artistic ventures extend into ceramics, painting, and illustrating children's books. She has formed a dynamic partnership with Australian author Jacqueline Harvey; together they write and illustrate books published by Penguin Random House Australia.

Clients include Adobe, Amazon Music, Google, Greenpeace, Kathmandu, Libresse, Sony Music, Stella McCartney, The New York Times, and Off-White.
